New surplus or used serviceable parts are acceptable only with documented OEM traceability and prior written approval from Medium Range Recovery Engineering, accompanied by photos of the packaging or item. A Certificate of Conformance compliant with FAR 52.246-15 is mandatory for each part, and failure to meet any technical requirement results in an unacceptable rating and disqualification.
