The Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the RCMP (CRCC) is undertaking a modernization to prepare for its new mandate under the Public Complaints and Review Commission (PCRC). As a result, the CRCC requires expertise and support for a range of procurement initiatives for Information Technology (IT) and Information Management (IM) requirements, as well as procurement for other functional areas. The services are required on an “as-and-when-requested basis” using a Task Authorization (TA) process. The solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for a one-year period, with an irrevocable one-year option period.
