Professional Design Services For Improvements And Reconfiguration Of The Arcadia Public Works Services Department Facility

The City of Arcadia is seeking professional design services for the evaluation, redesign, and reconfiguration of its Public Works Services Department facility located at 11800 Goldring Road. The project involves improvements to the main office area, inventory warehouse, support spaces, storage areas, and reconfiguration of the concrete wall perimeter, gates, and parking along Goldring Road. The design aims to improve operational efficiency, provide additional office space, enhance staff coordination, and create a more cohesive relationship between administrative, warehouse, storage, and support functions. The consultant will develop a minimum of three conceptual design options, prepare construction documents (40%, 80%, 100% PS&E), provide Class C, B, and A cost estimates, and develop a construction phasing plan to ensure the facility remains operational during construction. Final deliverables will include a complete bid-ready construction document package.
