Full Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract for continued program management support for PMA 299 H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopter Program located at Patuxent River, MD. This stand-alone contract is a bridge effort under contract N00178-05-D-4367 M802 for continued contract support for up to six (6) months, with the incorporation of FAR 52.217-8 "Option to Extend Services" which will allow the Government to extend the total period of performance of the contract up to a maximum of six (6) months, until the competitive follow-on contract is awarded. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), only Imagine One can perform the required continuation of effort without unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
