Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) has a requirement for Professional services under the Task-based informatics professional services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. The mandate of the Chief Information Office (CIO) branch of the Digital Transformation Services Sector of ISED, is to maximize ISED's business performance through modern and progressive management of information technology (IT) services, policies, and resources. The Application Support and Maintenance Division (ASMD) within CIO is responsible for the development of solutions and applications as well as the maintenance of existing systems to support ISED business units. Services are delivered through the following organizational directorates: • CIPO Application Development and Support Directorate (CIPOADSD) • Application Services Directorate (ASD) • Database and Maintenance Services Directorate (DMSD) The ASMD’s CIPO Application Development and Support Directorate (CIPOADSD) requires the services of Senior JAVA Developers to support the CIPO legislative projects and assist the current Project legislative management team with the analysis, design, development, deployment and support of Java web applications in a distributed application environment based on specifications and requirements according to ISED’s standards and guidelines and legislative requirements for CIPO Trademarks, Patents and Industrial Design application enhancements.
