This project will provide construction services necessary for completion for operation as described herein and other specific tasks as further defined by this Request for Quote (RFQ). All proposals are to provide for design & construction services for this project. The Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center (OVAMC) located at Lake Baldwin Campus 5201 Raymond St., Orlando requires the Pharmacy spaces; Mixing room 235, IV Prep room 235C, Ante room 235B and Chemo prep room 235A to be designed and fully renovated in compliance with Chapter 797 Pharmaceutical Compounding Sterile preparations and Section 800 Hazardous Drugs handling in Healthcare Setting. Project’s area is approximately 850 SF for remodeling.
