The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing this Solicitation to identify qualified firms capable of supplying and delivering propane to multiple locations across Fort Bliss, Texas, and White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. The Government anticipates establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) vendors.


The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Bliss, TX, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and services necessary to complete a one-time propane delivery to multiple designated locations across Fort Bliss, TX and White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM. Work must comply with applicable federal, state, and installation regulations to ensure safe and uninterrupted mission support. Propane must meet commercial LPG quality standards.
