Property Management Services for Orange Blossom Permanent Supportive Housing

The San Bernardino County Community Development and Housing Department is soliciting proposals for property management services for the Orange Blossom Permanent Supportive Housing project, a Homekey housing facility located at 450 North G Street, San Bernardino, California. The selected contractor will manage daily operations for a facility serving formerly homeless individuals with complex behavioral health and disability needs. Key responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, vendor management, safety and security, compliance monitoring, financial reporting, and emergency response. The contractor must maintain the property in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition in accordance with HOME-ARP property standards and local codes, while ensuring a clear boundary between property management and clinical supportive services.
