Full Description

Space & Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston intends to award a sole-source modification to contract N65236-99-D-6809 with Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc. of Lexington, MD. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This modification will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 as the current contractor is the only known source available to satisfy the combination of on-going service requirements while meeting critical deadlines for on-going tasks. The proposed ceiling increase of approximately $9.637M will be sufficient to continue this work and allow sufficient time for award of a competitive, follow-on contract.
