The contractor will be required to perform DNA extraction and PCR-based genotyping analysis on approximately 1,480 samples per month, with a strict 72-hour turnaround from sample receipt, including re-testing of failed or inconclusive results at no additional cost. Services involve overnight sample pickup and delivery, secure six-month storage of biological samples, and real-time, automated data transfer via XML/FTP to a government-owned, Section 508-compliant online bioinformatics database integrated with LabTracks.
