Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for providing services for Overhang repairs of Annex building in U S Embassy New Delhi.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section–L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided  below.


The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on June 23, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at U.S. Embassy, Gate # ‘7’, Nyay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India.  Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 3 p.m. June 19, 2026.


All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at ChellaramaniA@state.gov on or before 3 p.m. June 19, 2026.  Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG.  No questions shall be answered, received after 3 p.m. June 19, 2026.


Quotations are due by/before 5 p.m. (India Time) of July 2, 2026.  Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0067 for overhang repairs of Annex build”.  The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.


No quotations shall be accepted received after 5 p.m. (India Time) of July 2, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.  Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.


The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.


In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:


1. Section B, Prices/Costs


2. Section K Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Offerors or Quoters


3. Additional information as required in Section L


4. Proof of SAM Registration


Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer.  If the Contractor was unable to register prior to award, the contractor shall be registered in SAM within 30 days after award or before three days prior to submission of the first invoice, whichever occurs first.


Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to start registration in SAM immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
