The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) invites companies to tender for the specialist cleaning and maintenance of fourteen War Memorials across the borough and we require a fully accredited and specialist company to provide a high quality, consistent and professional service to ensure these historic and well cherished war memorials remain clean and tidy and free from defects.  The scope of this contract comprises the inspection, cleaning, repair, and maintenance of war memorials situated within the London Borough of Hillingdon. The works include routine inspections, condition assessments, cleaning activities, minor maintenance works, and any associated services necessary to preserve and maintain the memorials in a safe and satisfactory condition. The Contract will be for an initial term of three (3) years with an extendable option for a period of up to two (2) years, giving a total of five (5) years
