This procurement is restricted to Canadian suppliers only, with no trade agreements, set-asides for Indigenous businesses, or comprehensive land claims applying. Security clearance is required due to the nature of the work environment. The contract award will be determined based on the highest technical score, with no set-aside provisions and no preference for specific supplier categories. The statement of work and detailed evaluation criteria are available through the Canada Buys tender portal, and bids must be submitted by July 15, 2026. All documentation may be submitted in either English or French. Brigitte Robichaud serves as the Contracting Authority and can be reached via email or phone for inquiries. Following contract award, unsuccessful bidders may request a debriefing within fifteen working days.
