This solicitation will be broken in 4 service lines, which will be treated as 4 projects, and awards will be made on a line by line basis. All projects could be awarded to one vendor if they are the apparent low for each, or multiple awards may be made. All bids must be submitted via IMPACS. There will not be a public bid opening for this project.
