This requirement is for two (2) Keysight digital Multimeters, part number 3458A, to be delivered to the DLA Product Test Center (PTC) located in Columbus, Ohio.  This solicitation, SP4706-26-Q-0016 replaces the previous solicitation, SP4706-26-Q-0006 due to a change in the form utilized for the procurement.


Any vendor who has already submitted a quote is asked to resubmit and reference the new solicitation number.  Please review the PWS as well as the solicitation, as provisions and clauses may have changed.  Returning a signed copy of the solicitation is NOT required.


Quote are due by 11 PM (EST) on Friday, May 22nd.  Quotes must be emailed to Contracting Officer (KO), Elizabeth Dickstein, listed as the Primary Point of Contact under this solicitation notice. 


It's the Government's intention to award without discussions, however, the Government and the KO retain the right to conduct discussions if necessary.  Offerors are encouraged to present their best technical and price offer in their submission.
