This contract solicits quotations for the purchase of five PTC Mathcad Prime individual licenses, an increase from the original four licenses, to support the Department of Defense's Supply of Shipbuilding office in Groton, Connecticut. The solicitation is a combined synopsis and request for quotation under the simplified acquisition procedures and is set aside exclusively for total small businesses under NAICS code 513210. The award will be a firm fixed-price contract, with the licenses delivered as "trusted products" and accompanied by user support information, including help email or phone contacts and usage directions for Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) networks. Licenses will be administered by designated government staff, with delivery and reassignment instructions provided to specified points of contact. Offerors must be authorized PTC Mathcad Prime resellers under BPA N66001-19-A-0054 and submit technical qualifications with their quotes, or their proposals will be rejected as technically unacceptable. The government will evaluate submissions based on technical acceptability and price, awarding the contract to the lowest-priced, compliant offeror. The original deadline for quotations was extended to May 26, 2026, at 8 AM EST. Quotes must be submitted electronically to designated government contacts, and late submissions will not be accepted. Vendors must have active SAM registration to be eligible for an award. The contract period includes a service term lasting 12 months from license delivery.
