The Sanford Airport Authority (Authority) is soliciting bids from AtlasIED-authorized Enterprise System Integrators (ESIs) with staffed offices located in the State of Florida and the ability to provide on-site support. The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to upgrade the existing Public Address (PA) system at Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). The existing system serves the Airport's commercial service terminal and associated facilities and is approaching the end of its useful life. The upgrade will improve reliability, intelligibility, maintainability, and overall system performance. The objective of this project is to upgrade the existing PA system to provide reliable and intelligible passenger announcements, emergency communications, and operational messaging while supporting the Airport's current and future operational needs. The project shall include, as applicable, the replacement and/or modernization of existing system components, enhanced audio coverage, system redundancy, centralized system management, integration with existing airport systems, and compliance with all applicable aviation, building, fire, life-safety, and other regulatory requirements. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will not be conducted for this solicitation. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through the Project's Question and Answer section of the Sanford Airport Authority's procurement platform, OpenGov, and must be received no later than Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., local time. Questions submitted after the stated deadline may not be answered. Bidders are solely responsible for obtaining and reviewing all solicitation documents and for submitting questions through the designated OpenGov platform within the specified timeframe.
