15 subscriptions for Public Affairs Software to allow the Congressional Affairs Team to be able to acquire the proper names and contact information for the impacted congressional members and state and local public stakeholders. The Congressional Affairs Team also uses the system to pull contact information which allows for notification to congressional offices and appropriate congressional staff ahead of major Departmental announcements, Administration decisions and priority actions, Secretarial events, and general communication with Congress, in line with the Administration’s emphasis on ensuring full transparency of the Department of Transportation's (DOT) activities, especially as it pertains to funding decisions.
