Publication Printing, Ordering, & Storage

Issued on September 28, 2026, by the Iowa Department of Administrative Services on behalf of the Iowa College Student Aid Commission, solicitation 005-RFP-3105-2027 seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive printing, storage, and distribution services for publications such as booklets, brochures, and fliers. These materials are distributed free of charge to over 200 participating high schools across Iowa. The scope of work includes the production of kits, performing publication file edits, and the development, hosting, and maintenance of an online ordering portal for the public and an inventory tracking system for the agency to monitor customer orders.
