The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.501) with Teton Data Systems , Books and Research, 145 Palisades Street, Suite 389, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522 as the only responsible source that can provide a the STAT!Ref Navy Medical Reference Library CD that meets the requirements of the government. In addition, the product uses the Teton Data Systems proprietary search engine, Teton Viewer, which is only available in STAT!Ref products. Lastly, STAT!Ref is the only manufacturer with rights to distribute the collection of references on the Navy CD. Capability statements shall be submitted by email only as a MS Word or Adobe PDF attachment to Jaime Layton at contact@example.gov. Statements are due by 4PM EST 19 March 2010.
