Publications and Forms Management Services

The 647th Contracting Office located at JBPH-H, Oahu, Hawaii, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for Publication and Forms Management Services which will be located at 747 CS. The requirement consists of providing wing/base-level publications and forms management services and training to active duty military, DoD civilian employees, and any Air National Guard or Air Force Reserve personnel identified in finalized support agreements to the standards identified in AFI 33-360. The period of performance/contract completion time is anticipated to be a period of 12 months with four (4) option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 561110. This is a HUBZone small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $7.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or-about August 22, 2012. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. The Government intends to award without discussions.
