The value of this service is less than $50,000, NAICS 561110, PSC R707, small business size standard is $7.0 Million. The National Park Service requirements is for a contractor to provide an individual with a minimum experience of 5 years of highly complex federal NPS contracts, experience working on the NPS procurement system (IDEAS), and be familiar with the procurement process of Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The tasks require advanced knowledge of: o The Federal Acquisition Regulation; o Office of Federal Procurement Policy letters; o Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulations (DIAR) and policy; and o NPS contracting policy, organization, operations, and culture. This individual must be available to provide this service within 2 days of the award with a minimum of oversight.
