The Request for Quotation is to secure supplies, for purchase and delivery of Blend Mix of Fertilizers and 90 to 100% Elemental Sulphur or Popcorn Sulphur.  Fertilizer is needed for 84 acres of conifer seed orchards at the Chico Seed Orchard (CSO) and 45 acres at Foresthill Seed Orchard (FSO) for the overall improvement and optimal health of the trees.  Elemental or Popcorn Sulphur is needed for 84 acres of conifer seed orchards at the CSO to improve the PH levels of the soil.
