The Facility office of the American Embassy Libreville has a requirement for the purchase of one (1) 20‑Foot Prefabricated Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Storage Container.
Please note that this is a this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.
Offers are due by Tuesday June 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., local time.
This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time (In pdf and Microsoft Excel formats). The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
