Purchase of prefabricated Hazardous Materials Storage Container

The U.S. Embassy Libreville is soliciting offers for the purchase of one 20-foot prefabricated hazardous materials (HAZMAT) storage container to safely store flammables, combustibles, corrosives, and other chemicals, with all design, manufacture, and delivery responsibilities falling to the contractor. The container must meet stringent technical and safety specifications, including integrated spill containment, ventilation, fire protection, explosion-proof electrical components, and compliance with OBO/SHEM, OBO/FIRE, NFPA 30, OSHA, EPA 40 CFR Part 112, GHS, and host-nation requirements. It must bear permanent, weather-resistant GHS-compliant hazard labels and external safety signage such as "No Smoking," and be UN-certified for international shipping or meet DOT transportation standards.
