Purpose Built Mobile Hiring Vehicles

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a single firm-fixed-price award from a small business to design, engineer, fabricate, and deliver two purpose-built Mobile Hiring Vehicles. These vehicles will serve as independently deployable mobile office platforms to support nationwide recruitment, applicant processing, and hiring events. Each vehicle must be a complete operational unit featuring at least eight primary workstations, a front meeting and interview area, an electronics equipment area, a galley, a lavatory, and secure storage. Technical requirements include integrated power and climate systems, structured network cabling, and deployable workspace expansion, all adhering to the specifications in the Statement of Work and Government Drawing Attachment 1. The acquisition will be conducted using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures, where the award is granted to the responsible quoter who meets or exceeds all technical specifications at the lowest total aggregate price. Deliverables include the two vehicles, approved final design and as-built packages, various inspection and test reports, maintenance manuals, and required ownership documentation. The vehicles are to be delivered to the Federal Bureau of Prisons Central Office in Washington, DC. Compliance with the Buy American Act and specific cybersecurity and privacy training for personnel accessing Department of Justice information is required. Quotes must be submitted electronically in PDF format, including a completed SF-1449 and pricing on the Schedule of Supplies/Services.
