Pyramid Model Training and Trainer Certification Services-Procurement Services-Sole Source

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Pyramid Model Training and Trainer Certification Services from Pyramid Model Consortium as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services and the contractor being the single provide of the goods and/or services. The selected supplier must be able to provide the Infant-Toddler Module Train-the-Trainer (TOT) program, Preschool Module Train-the-Trainer (TOT) program, Positive Solutions for Families (PSF) Facilitator Training, Prevent-Teach-Reinforce for Young Children (PTR-YC) training, and Prevent-Teach-Reinforce for Families (PTR-F) training. These programs require access to proprietary curricula, facilitation guides, trainer certification processes, training materials, and implementation protocols that are owned and controlled exclusively by Pyramid Model Consortium.
