Oregon State University is seeking a Design-Build contractor for RFP 00001338 to perform a roof overlay of approximately 38,500 square feet at the Radiation Center in Corvallis, Oregon. The project requires the removal of existing rock ballast and the installation of 1/4-5/8 inch new sub deck material followed by a fire-rated EPDM fleeceback roof system, with a minimum thickness of 90 mils and a preference for 145 mils.
