NSF Engine: Frontiers of Advanced Semiconductor Technology (FAST) initiative Co-Director Services|Procurement|SoleSource

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of NSF Engine: Frontiers of Advanced Semiconductor Technology (FAST) initiative co-director services from Deb Mumm-Hill as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the services. The selected contractor must possess a Ph.D. in a semiconductor-related discipline, demonstrated leadership and supervision experience, experience in semiconductor research including industry-sponsored research, strong communication, supervision, and delegation skills, experience providing budget and financial oversight for grant-funded projects, and extensive knowledge of the FAST award and project team. The individual must also have the expertise necessary to expand workforce development programs, engage veterans, community college transfer students, and first-generation college students, and coordinate educational pathways from K–12 through workforce entry within Oregon’s semiconductor industry.
