The Pacific Regional Contracting Office-Korea (PRCO-K) at 65th MB/MEDDAC-K intends to award a firm-fixed price, service contract for Lease Chemistry Analyzer at 121st CSH/Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital, MEDDAC-Korea. This requirement is for total anticipated period of performance from 15 September 2012 - 14 September 2013 (Base year only). The proposed acquisition is intended as BRAND NAME ONLY for leasing VITROS Chemistry Analyzer. The contractor shall provide the leasing services of the VITROS 5600/4600 CHEMISTRY ANALYZERs to the 121st CSH/Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital, MEDDAC-Korea which shall include data management system, all other equipment, reagents, supplies and consumable necessary to operate the equipment, training for Government personnel and equipment maintenance, unscheduled repair and preventive service, necessary to fully perform testing in accordance with manufacturer's specification.
