The primary evaluation factors include the validity of the selected screening tests, the project implementation plan, the identification of a healthcare team, and the prioritization of high-risk firefighters. The performance period for the grants is scheduled from March 1, 2027, to June 30, 2027. This is a reimbursement-based funding grant requiring a fixed-price contract structure.
