Notice of Intent to Sole Source. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to solicit and negotiate with Champion Medical Technologies, Inc., for purchase of a license for continued use of their UDITracker OR Premium system that is currently utilized by: VA NORTHERN CALIFORNA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (VANCHCS) - Martinez 150 Muir Road Martinez, CA 94553 VA NORTHERN CALIFORNA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (VANCHCS) - Mare Island 201 Walnut Avenue Vallejo, CA 94592 VA NORTHERN CALIFORNA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (VANCHCS) - Mather 10535 Hospital Way Mather, CA 95655 VA NORTHERN CALIFORNA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (VANCHCS) - McClellan Park 5342 Dudley Blvd., Bldg. 209 McClellan, CA 95652 VA NORTHERN CALIFORNA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (VANCHCS) - Redding 351 Hartnell Avenue Redding, CA 96002-1845 Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required without duplication of cost to the government per FAR 6.302-1. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the UDITracker OR Premium License; and is the only manufacturer that can meet the agency s needs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide UDITracker equipment, supplies, and support services may give written notice to contact@example.gov by 12:00 hours PST on 18 December 2020. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
