The New York State Canal Corporation (“Canals” or “NYSCC”), a subsidiary of the New York Power Authority (hereafter, "NYPA" and/or "the Authority”) invites qualified Design-Builders to submit a proposal to engineer and furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the contract documents) and perform all operations required for Q25-7692LK Statewide Guard Gate and Waste Weir Rehabilitation project throughout the barge canal system. The Design-Builder shall be responsible for completing the site-specific designs with the performance specifications and standardized design guidelines developed by the Canals’ Program Manager. The Design-Builder will be responsible for fabricating, delivering, installing, testing and commissioning of the guard gates and waste weirs.
