This is for Philadelphia (PVAMC) Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104. All work is to be completed in accordance with performance work statement. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621511 Medical Laboratories.
