The information requested regarding blood assay services will be used to determine available vendors and whether sufficient SDVOSB/VOSB/small business concerns exist who are capable of performing the work required by this procurement. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED INFORMATION OR ANSWER ANY QUESTION WILL BE UNDERSTOOD BY VA TO BE A STATEMENT THAT THE VENDOR RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THAT PARTICULAR SERVICE OR COMPLY WITH THAT REQUIREMENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, RPO-E Research and Development has a requirement for Blood Assay services for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. Potential Sources shall respond with their ability to provide these services as outlined in the draft Statement of Work.
