The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20; VA Puget Sound Health Care System intends to enter into a contract with contract with Bloodworks Northwest on a sole source basis for the following services; blood products and services. The Contractor shall provide blood products and services to Roseburg and Eugene VAMC on a routine and STAT basis. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
