This contract involves the provision of NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment sessions and preventative maintenance services at the Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor is responsible for delivering approximately 30 treatment session links per patient, which are uploaded onto the existing NeuroStar TMS system, and ensuring the system remains in optimal working condition through comprehensive corrective and preventive maintenance. The scope includes all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies, with services to be performed within specified timeframes, including on-site technical support within 48 hours of request and software upgrades within 30 days of release. The contract is a firm fixed-price IDIQ, with a performance period starting around April 3, 2025, and concluding on April 2, 2030. The contractor must provide qualified personnel to perform maintenance, ensure compliance with VA standards, and handle all associated costs, including travel and disposal of waste materials.
