This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a one (1) base year and four (4) annual option years with Continuum of Care Inc 109 Legion Ave, New Haven, CT 06519. The contractor will provide Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program Beds (RRTP) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Beds (PTSD) and Support Services. The Contractor shall provide all services to include at minimum, case management and residential support. Due to the existing contract relationship with VA Connecticut Healthcare System (VACHS), as well as their specialized expertise in this area, Continuum of Care Inc is the only vendor that can provide Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program Beds and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Beds and Support Services in a community residential facility with a home-like environment. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities.
