The anticipated contract would encompass a base year with four one-year option periods, though no formal solicitation has been issued and no contract award will result from this notice. Respondents must provide basic organizational information including company name, address, UEI number, point of contact details, and classification under various socioeconomic categories such as Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, HUBZone, Woman Owned, or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, with the purpose solely to assess industry capability and competition. The NAICS code 623220 applies, and the procurement is not set aside for any specific category. Submissions are required exclusively via email to the designated contracting officer by May 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, with no attachments, formal proposals, or pricing information requested at this stage. No evaluation factors, contract clauses, inspection criteria, packaging requirements, or financial details are included since this is purely a pre-solicitation outreach tool to inform future procurement planning, and the government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding. A formal solicitation will be issued separately at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that notice independently.
