I. CIVIL: 1. Provide steel base support for the new Air Handling Unit. 2. Provide supports for the refrigerant pipelines. 3. Provide concrete pad extension for the Air Cooled Condensing Unit. MECHANICAL: 1. Remove and provide one(1) each Air Handling Unit complete with support and all required system accessories. 2. Remove and provide Air Cooled Condensing Unit complete with support and all required accessories. 3. Remove and provide refrigerant pipes complete with flexible pipes, isolation valves, insulation, stainless steel cladding, filter driers, sight glass,supports and all required accessories. 4. Perform Testing, Adjusting and Balancing, functional testing and commissioning for the newly installed HVAC equipment by the KTR qualified local HVAC Engineer / Technician. 5. Provide back-up temporary air conditioning during construction. ELECTRICAL: 1. Remove and provide HVAC electrical components including cirduit breakers, disconnect switches, conduit, wires, supports, and accessories.
