This notice is being published as required by FAR 5.201(b)(1).


The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a competitive Firm-Fixed price contract for the following in accordance with Government drawings:


P/N 911361/E QNX Software Development Platform, P/N 911362 QNX Software Development Platform License Key, P/N 102085 Standard Support for QNX Software Development.


Blackberry Limited is the OEM but does not directly work with the Government. Therefore the contract will be awarded to one of the authorized distributors of the software.
