SUNY DHSU requires a qualified firm to provide SUNY DHSU with clinical tests at a reference laboratory and Contractor Quest Diagnostics Nichols Institute has provided and is willing to continue providing the testing services until such time as a new 5-year agreement can be completed and approved by the New York State Attorney General and Office of the State Comptroller. Accordingly, a CRER request was made and granted on April 12, 2024 for a single source exemption from advertising to extend the term of the Quest Agreement and add new additional monies to address payment of outstanding, current and future invoices for services rendered.
