ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS -19TU15-26-Q-3003



Below is the list of questions received as of 08/09/26 and their respective answers:



1. What are the specifications/properties of the materials used for kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, and wall and floor tiles?.
Answer: As already stated in the SOW, bidders are required to submit the technical specifications of the materials they intend to use for the project.



2. The bidding period seems short due to material lead times. Could you please extend the deadline?
Answer: The location shown in the concept design shall be taken into consideration.
3. After what time in a day we may dispose of debris from the site?
Answer: Debris and waste may be removed from the site during working hours, between 08:00 and 17:00.



4. The sink and faucet location in render contradicts with current site location. Could you please advise which one prevails?
Answer: The location shown in the concept design shall be taken into consideration.



5. Could you please inform the brand and model of the refrigerator and dishwasher to collect the size information?
