R -- A-76 Commercial Activities Study for Clerical Services for USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Idaho

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) office in Idaho conducted an OMB A-76 study to evaluate clerical support services in their Moscow, Idaho location. Despite soliciting bids, no technically acceptable offers were received from external vendors. Consequently, the solicitation was cancelled, and the NRCS decided to retain the clerical support work as an in-house function.
