The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk - Philadelphia Division, Contract Operations Branch Mechanicsburg intends to procure software and hardware maintenance for the ATMs-At-Sea Systems on a sole source basis from NCR Government Systems LLC, Germantown, MD, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The scope of this effort will include ATMs-At-Sea software and hardware maintenance, maintaining coverage 24/7 for all remaining ships under the ATMs-At-SEA System.
