Full Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Boulder City Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Ottawa Engineering Limited, 2747 Priscilla St, Ottawa, ON, K2B7E1, Canada. This purchase order is for consulting services that will result in an assessment report for potential hydropower on the island of Hawaii and on the island of Molokai. This purchase order is a follow-on to a previous purchase order, 04PG303272, with Ottawa Engineering Limited. Ottawa Engineering Limited has developed alternative energy sizing and costing software that is now used worldwide for this type of assessment. It is considered to be in the best interest of the Government to use the same software and company in the needed assessment report for these two stated locations.
