This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contract is to provide Secretary of Air Force Financial Management Office services in communication support and transformation functional support. The service includes developing a communication design, development, and tracking capability to highlight the range of SAF/FMs services and advocate leadership priorities throughout the fiscal calendar. It is the Governments intent to award to small business; however if one or more small businesss proposal is found unacceptable award will be made to other than small business. The Government plans to award a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with the requirement included herein. The period of performance is 1 Sep 2005 thru 31 August 2006 with four option years.
