Sources Sought -- The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for field review of appraisals services to perform appraisal critiques of past appraisals services support for the HUD Denver Homeownership Center (DENHOC).The geographic area where these review of appraisals will be done is in the state of Colorado for the city of Grand Junction and in the following counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, El Paso, Jefferson, Larimer and Weld counties. The person(s) doing the appraisals must have a Colorado Appraiser License and be on the FHA Appraiser Roster. This will be a total small business set aside. A potential offeror can not have an income in excess of $1,500,000. The potential offeror will be able to subcontract up to 49% of the work. The remaining work must be done by the contractor and her/his Employees. Interested parties must notify the Contract Specialist and provide the requisite information via email at the following address: contact@example.gov.
