The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division intends to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. (DRTI), located in Germantown, Maryland, to procure various hardware systems, subsystems, components, and associated services such as product improvements, technical support, documentation, training, and equipment repair. The agreement is valued at approximately $40 million over a five-year span.
