Although the government is currently pursuing sole source procurement, interested parties may express their interest or submit capability statements by a specified deadline to assist the agency in determining whether competitive procurement is warranted. The solicitation and official correspondence are managed by the General Services Administration’s Center for IT Schedule Program based in Washington, DC.
