R -- Intent to Sole Source for Real Estate Executive Board Publications

The Department of Homeland Security intends to issue a sole source purchase order for a subscription to electronic access of Real Estate Executive Board Publications. This subscription is required to support the Office of Real Property in providing direction and coordination for communications and relationships between DHS real estate executives and other agencies with substantial real estate holdings.
